Dominique Laconico is an energetic and eclectic visionary. A goal oriented leader, Dominique has founded companies in the United States, Japan and the Philippines. While presently the Managing Partner of the Manpower Group of Companies (#129 in the Fortune 500 largest companies list), Dominique is also leading a group of talented personalities, which look to change the landscape of Multi Level Marketing.

Educated in the United States for his undergraduate studies, Dominique holds both a degree in engineering and in Information Technology Management as well as a Masters in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines. This wide-ranging educational background is the foundation of Dominique’s core competency. His his international background augment and give Dominique a well-rounded diverse knowledge base that belies his age.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mark has this very basic yet very effective principle when it comes to business and work — that is, to explore new concepts that will maximize the full potential of a business and create a great opportunity for a lot of people to share and enjoy.

An AB Economics graduate at the University of Santo Tomas, Mark is armed with a 20-year solid and extensive sales & marketing work experience in the Banking, Finance, Insurance and Investments industry. Currently, Mark is a Consultant for several financial institutions, helping them with their Sales, Marketing and Operations requirements. He is also a partner in a marketing firm engaged in providing financial services from loan syndication, investments, insurance coverage and financial planning.

Despite of the hectic schedule and several positions he is currently holding, Mark is considered to be a “smooth operator” — someone who is always “on TOP of things” and is in control of any given situation. 

But most importantly, Mark looks after the welfare of the people who wants to further hone and succeed in their respective careers and businesses. Seeing the success of both the business and the people within, that is already an achievement for the “smooth operator” with a big heart.

Presently the Owner/Proprietor of T-CONNECTIONS MKTG SERVICES since March 2007, an affiliate for Nationwide Outsourced Banking & Marketing Consultant for Consumer Lending Products & the Director/ Treasurer for Execorp Philippines Consulting Group Inc since 2011,provides strategic business solutions through serviced, shared, and virtual offices, built to suit client specifications, business support services and consulting, organization and reorganisation. Tin is also Managing Partner/ Treasurer for Ad Infinitum Asia (AIA) Business Consulting Inc.

Best described with an approachable demeanor, Andrew Soler or “Andre” breezes through life with a carefree attitude, never taking things too seriously without compromising his work ethics.

A lover of life and a musician at heart, Andre found success as a businessman having various companies in the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand and the Philippines.

Educated in Switzerland, Andre knows how it is to work from the very bottom being employed as a bus boy crawling his way to the TOP by eventually managing one of the best restaurants in Europe.
